Event Equipment Rentals

We offer full service equipment rentals which includes delivery/pickup of equipment to your event location and setup/breakdown. We also offer delivery/pickup only service if you have people to do setup/breakdown.

Event Equipment

• White and black 10'x10' tents with weights

• 15'x15' hub tent with weights (can cover a band)

• 8' vendor tables (can hold up to 600 lbs)

• 6' folding tables

• White plastic folding chairs

Accessories

• Sidewalls (provides some wind and sun protection)

• Banner frames (for attaching a company banner)

Our tents are from the E-Z UP Vantage line and are ideal for single day events. They are water resistant but not waterproof and should not be deployed in heavy rain.

The tents come with 40 lb weights on each leg which meet most municipal requirements for safety and stability. If the wind speed is projected to be higher than 20mph, we don't recommend using these tents.

We are organizing a series of Malden festivals and markets that provide vendors an opportunity to table and sell their wares. For 2026, we will offer a Farmers Market series and a Winter Market.
